Rollback for Our Ability to Protect Oregon’s Air Quality

Senator Avakian is working with OCN groups and the Governor’s office to try to reach an agreement on amendments to SB 235 that still insure that all Oregon producers of air pollution comply with the Clean Air Act, which would keep SB 235 from being a rollback. A few weeks ago we deemed SB 235 a rollback if the current –A amendments are not part of the passed bill.
