SB 665, Morrow County speedway development bill has a work session scheduled in the House Workforce and Economic Development committee on Wednesday, May 30, 8am in HR C. The bill was amended in the Senate to be slightly “less bad” by removing a provision that would have eliminated the appeals process and fast tracked development, but it is still a bad bill in danger of getting out of this committee.
