March 4 - Staffing Changes at OLCV [from SalemWatch]

OLCV's Legislative Affairs Director, Sybil Ackerman, left OLCV last week to become the Executive Director of the Lazar Foundation. She is replaced by Evan Manvel, who brings over a decade of experience working with groups including the Corvallis Environmental Center, 1000 Friends of Oregon, and Bicycle Transportation Alliance. Evan is looking forward to moving the environmental agenda forward in the 2009 Legislative Session and beyond.
