SB 737 was finally referred to the Natural Resources subcommittee for Ways and Means!  A hearing and Work session is scheduled for Monday, June 18, 8:30 am in H-174.

SB 737 essentially provides Oregon with a first ever 'roadmap' for reducing and eliminating sources of toxic pollution in our rivers, streams and the Pacific Ocean. There is no opposition to SB 737, all we’re doing is battling the clock.
