SB 665, the bill that will allow 15,000 acres of land to be developed into houses around the controversial proposed Morrow County speedway adjacent to the Columbia River in Boardman was unanimously referred out of the House Workforce and Economic Development committee without a “do-pass” recommendation to the House Rules committee on Monday, where it’s future is uncertain.
