The report from the Legislative Revenue Office came back on HB 2626 and as expected there is no revenue impact for Oregon’s taxpayers for the creation of a statewide electronic recycling program. This will hopefully pave the way for hearings late next week or the following week in the Ways and Means Subcommittee on Natural Resources.
