The Special Committee on Land Use Fairness passed out HB 3540 and 3546 on April 26. Both of these bills are on a fast track and will be heard in both the Ways and Means subcommittee on Natural Resources and the full Committee on May 1. For the relevent agenda and any last minute changes check here.
