Promote Clean and Renewable Energy

SB 838

 

This landmark policy catapults Oregon into a national leadership position in the production of renewable energy. Under this bill, Oregon’s larger utilities must generate 25% of their electricity from renewable sources by 2025.

 

It passed into law with strong support from both the House and Senate.
